As I walk through my neighbourhood, I see some early Halloween decorations up. It's hard to believe that it will be October in just a few days. Despite the cooler weather, October is a great month for entertaining, or just plain having fun. ;) Along those lines, this month's LM focuses on bringing seasonal sights and smells into your home. How was your summer? Did you accomplish all the things you wanted to? Me neither! Here we are, and it's 'back to school' time again. We've got a few more weeks of nice weather left. It's the perfect time for hikes or even just leisurely walks in the evening. Before we know it, the chance to enjoy the warm weather will be gone. Well, since we'll all be cocooning soon, I thought I'd get us in the mood with some kitchen 'inspiration'. I hope you enjoy!

Well, it's Spring! We've had a hard winter, but now it's time to get outside and start planning some new adventures.
April is one of my favourite months of the year. Of course, it helps that it's also my birthday! The weather warms up and we have the opportunity to get together with family. And it's effectively our prelude to summer!
